Congratulations to the UCSC Women's Rugby Team on Finishing the Season Ranked 2nd in the Nation.
The Women's Rugby team has won the Northern California RFC League for the fifth year in a row. With this win, the Lady Slugs will be heading to Bellingham, WA April 5th & 6th to compete in the Pacific Coast RFC Playoffs as the number one seed in the tournament.
If the slugs finish first or second in the Pacific Coast Playoffs, they will be heading to Albuquerque, New Mexico for the National Elite Eight Tournament. To find out more informaiton on the 2008 playoffs, visit www.PacificCoastRugby.com . We will be under Women's D 2 or at the bottom of the page.
